What types of products and services do you sell?

Our full and flexible range includes seating, tables, barbeques, drinking fountains, shelters, bike racks, lighting, grandstands, outdoor classrooms and fitness systems. Our expertise also extends to indoor cafe, restaurant and conference seating. The majority of our products are customisable.

We also provide specialist support service at any, or every, step - from planning and design to care.

What materials and finishes are used?

Every one of our products is designed and manufactured to exacting quality and safety standards, using the best materials and treatments. Materials and finishes include stainless steel, hot dip galvanised, TimberImage (Western Red Cedar extrusion), timber (Australian Spotted Gum) and / or powder coating.

Where are Unisite's products manufactured?

Our park and outdoor furniture and Grillex BBQ's manufacturing plant is based in Bundaberg, Queensland. As part of our operations, we proudly support Australian suppliers and contractors.

What freight costs are involved?

Unisite offers Free Freight* to all major cities and centres. (*Freight charges will apply for remote areas as well as costs for unloading.)

Where can I see Unisite's products?

Unisite's products are installed in public spaces across Australia. Please contact your sales consultant for the closest installation to you. 

Can you replace damaged battens?

Unisite is committed to the long-term care of our valued partners and products. We can supply replacement battens as well as spare parts for most products, if required.

Are Unisite's products suitable for high temperature areas and in direct sunlight?

Yes, aluminum disperses heat extremely well and does not retain heat in direct sunlight. However timber will require regular maintenance. Please see Maintenance Measure under Tools on the Unisite website.

What is the difference between a seat and bench?

The seat has a backrest and the bench does not. All of Unisite's seats are available with matching table settings and benches.

Can you cut to size?

Yes, furniture can be cut to size up to 6 metres.

Does Unisite's furniture come assembled?

Unisite's products are flat packed in kit form for quick and easy assembly. Assembly instructions are included in the kit.

Can we have our company logo on Unisite's products?

Yes. A small set-up fee will apply.

Does Unisite do custom designed projects?
